Love the stillness surrounding Winter time? Enjoy watching beautiful snow days and cozying up around the fireplace?
Winter is a grounding time of year for many. The energies surrounding this season is ideal for taking introspection and manifesting.
As you may recall from science class, we are made up of atoms. Atoms are continuously giving off and absorbing light and energy…even when we sleep.
The atoms of every cell in the body is structured in such a way that it has a negative and positive voltage. Basically, every cell in our body is like a miniature battery.
Each cell has 1.4 volts of energy. When multiplied by the 50 trillion cells in the body, we get a total voltage of 700 trillion volts of electricity in the body. Pretty strong, aye?
The Chinese call this energy chi. Other cultures call it prana, universal life force, or Reiki. Essentially, it is the energy used in hands-on and distance holistic healing.
Each atom has its own unique frequency, or vibration.
Quantum physicists study the energetic effect when atoms collide. They conclude that when two atomic waves meet, they either meet in or out of synchronicity.
The collision either creates a constructive effect or a destructive effect in which they annul each other.
When in sync, the waves have become more powerful. When out of sync, the opposite effect happens.
That explains the difference between “good vibes” and “bad vibes.” You may be getting a certain type of vibe depending on whether the other waves you meet are in or out of sync with your vibes.
As we are all vibrate at our current frequencies, our vibrations are always meeting and getting entangled in each other. After all, we are all energetically connected as a collective conscious.
That is why it important to be aware of whether you are in an environment where you are getting entangled in constructive or destructive vibrations.
Remember the Jim Rohn quote: “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” So simple, yet so true!
Our intuition let’s us know when we are in a constructive or destructive environment. In fact, it’s not just us human beings.
Plants and animals communicate through vibrations. They can sense whether the energy is good for them or not. So that brings us back to tapping into our ability as energetic beings to sense the energy of our environment.
If you feel like you are spinning your wheels trying to make changes in your life, there could be a reason why. Regardless of where you are located in the world, when you understand how to use the cyclical energy of each month, you create space for personal growth.
So let’s maximize the energy of Winter!
Winter is the time manifest.
Less daylight hours bring about time for introspection. This is the time to visualize and manifest new possibilities.
The energies surrounding winter encourages the use of creativity to manifest goals. This manifesting energy gives us a range of new, exciting options from which we can choose.
How might it feel to change jobs? To start learn something new?
If we were in tune with the winter season, we would set up our winter routines to allow for free time to daydream, make art and create new visions.
Feeling blocks in your creativity? If you find yourself hitting a wall, incorporate simple Reiki energy healing strategies to help clear these blocks.
Applying the Reiki self-treatment hand positions can help to restore your overall sense of balance in the mind and body.
As Reiki healing energy works with the law of attraction, applying Reiki self-healing may also help to improve your mood and help overcome the feelings of sadness during the winter days.
Based on the relaxing benefits of Reiki, this can also help ease anxious thoughts throughout the day. Furthermore, when doing something proactive, you are likely to feel more in control of your life.
Thus, practicing Reiki restores feelings of control since we sometimes feel helpless during the winter as the weather is out of our control.
Mindset is key during the days with less sunlight! In addition to practicing Reiki to help ease any winter blues, remember that energy flows where the mind goes.
