Feeling restless and tired even after a full night’s rest? Improve your sleep with simple Reiki techniques.

Not too long ago, I used to have many sleepless nights because I was either mulling over my life purpose or getting worked up about the daily drama of office politics. I felt so restless because I was exhausted from ruminating all day long but then when it came time for bed, I couldn’t sleep for more than two hours!

The cycle continued until I learned key energy healing techniques from my mentors, spiritual advisers, and simply through trial and error.

Whether or not you have trouble sleeping at night, it’s always helpful to know different ways to improve the quality of your sleep as you are working towards a lifestyle of more peace and balance.

One of the many benefits of practicing Reiki is a better night’s rest. Reiki healing energy helps to balance all the chakras, the energy centers, of the body. To get started, you can work with a Reiki practitioner or apply Reiki self-treatment on your own.

As energy is not limited by time, distance, or space, Reiki can be practiced at any time of the day to get the peace and relaxation you want.

As each individual’s body and needs are different, the physical responses to a distance session ranges from feelings of deep relaxation lasting for several days to not feeling any shifts at all.

Though responses to distance and in-person Reiki sessions may take a few sessions, here are some feedback related to better rest after just one session:
